It’s a dog’s life

“It’s a dog’s life”.  Surprisingly this saying means it’s a tough life, although when I look at my dog’s life, it is one of bliss and relaxation. I’m sure you can sympathize with that when you look at your pets!

Wouldn’t it be nice, just for a week to live a life like your pet does? Eating, sleeping as much as you want, maybe a treat here and there, being taken out to visit your friends and have a nice bit of fresh air and exercise and best of all, no worries!..…Well we can dream.

My name is Sarah Telford and my baby is Penny the golden cocker spaniel.  Penny has been walked twice a week by Bishopton Dog Walking services since June 2011 when she was a tiny puppy.  I originally used Jamie’s services because I worked full time as a Project Manager and spent 3-4 days a week traipsing back and forth to Glasgow, working from home the rest of the time. The first time I went to work after getting Penny my heart was absolutely broken; I was like a mother sending her kids to school for the first time!  Call me crazy (I am sure this phase normally happens when a women has kids) but it was around this time I started to think about being home more, how nice it would be spend my days walking my dog, living a little bit of the life my dog was quickly becoming accustomed to! And so I started to look for answers….
