Walking two black Labradors
The family of Brodie and Harris went to support Scotland today as they took on New Zealand at Murrayfield hoping for a Scottish victory and a chance to see the All Blacks do the Haka! So while they were away I took Brodie and Harris for a walk around Bishopton and after we passed through the Thistle football fields (behind the Co-op) and into the farmlands, we could see what will eventually become home to many owners and walkers of Dargavel Village dogs in Bishopton.
Both dogs are very well trained and as good off the lead as they are on it. I thought we might of seen some of their Bishopton doggy friends on our walk but it was a very quiet day – maybe the rugby kept people at home!
Harris is a deaf dog and while you might think letting a deaf dog off lead to play might have it’s problems he is in fact great at keeping regular eye contact should you try to communicate with him. He and Brodie had a great time just playing by themselves and made this a very relaxed and enjoyable dog walk.

Brodie comes running!
This would make a brilliant dog walking vehicle – I wouldn’t even need a house key to get the dogs!
