Langbank Gala day 2011

Today was Langbank Gala Day, and I shared a stall with my uncle and sister. It was a great day, and we sold quite a few things, including my homemade liver and kidney cake dog treats. Using a chainsaw, I made the two bears and elephant, which I just managed to finish this morning before we left. Bit of a panic, to be honest!

My uncle made a large thistle, a large mushroom, and a bench with the chainsaw, and made many smaller things using his wood lathe, including lamps, small mushrooms, and tea light candle holders.

The weather was great, and quite a lot of people attended, considering that this gala is only in its second year!
