Finlaystone Country Park, Langbank

Finlaystone is blooming!

If you've never been to Finlaystone then it's definitely worth visiting right now.  The woods are full of leaves, rhododendrons are in bloom along with the blue bells, there's a fragrant smell in the air and it's a very beautiful place to be and spend some time!  It's also surprisingly quiet and while there may be kids in the play area, walkers and their dogs can enjoy the trails to themselves!

Today with Finlaystone residents Wilfred and Chilli I took Mack and Ruby for a walk around the ancient woodland - which was very scenic and peaceful!  Sometimes walks are wild with dogs going gun-ho all over the place but today at Finlaystone it was relaxed and the dogs in no rush to go anywhere fast! A peaceful and quite dog walk, I love that I chose to become a self employed dog walker when I did.
