Lead Walks With Susi and Lola

Dog walking in Bishopton

I've been walking Susi and Lola's owners' dogs for nearly 15 years—they're my longest-serving clients. Before Susi and Lola, I walked Skye, a black German Shepherd I had from around 11 weeks old, and Jack, a Springer Spaniel they rehomed a year later. I walked them five days a week, all year round, until they passed away just days apart in 2022. Skye was one of the best dogs I've ever walked—an amazing pack dog and truly unforgettable.

Now retired, I'm not needed as often, but I still walk Susi and Lola twice a week, early in the morning, for a 30-minute lead walk around Bishopton.

They're both young—Susi is around three and a half, and Lola is just over a year and a half—and they're certainly a stunning pair. They love their walks and always let me hear them when I come walking up to the door.

Today we went for a wander, just exploring smells and things that might interest them. There are a few parks dotted around, but it's a short walk, so I do try to keep the steps up a bit.

Some phone pics from the walk...
