Quiet Finish at Finlaystone

A Calm Walk After a Chaotic Start

Very busy day today—I started at 6:30am and finished at 6:30pm with five walks in between. I'd planned on bringing the camera on a few of them, but while I was walking my own dogs early this morning, my doberman Daisy sliced off a small part of her paw pad on the beach. It was bad enough that she had to be sedated and treated at the vets, which set me back and left me running late for most of the day.

I left the camera behind for the first few walks, but managed to pick it up for my third walk of the day at Finlaystone. It was a bit overcast, but it didn't rain.

On this walk, we had Hamish, Winnie, Potiphar and Perfect.

It was a calm, quiet walk—one of those where the dogs are just happy to sniff and quietly explore.
